Pricing Policy

This policy explains how AstroKiran, operated by Pixelforge Tech Pvt Ltd, prices its services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

How pricing works

• Your Janam Kundali (birth chart) is free. You can also ask an initial question to try a guide at no cost.
• Beyond that, questions are paid using question packs (credits). One question equals one detailed answer; follow-up questions you ask are billed as questions too.
• When a guide asks you for something (a clarification or a photo), that exchange is free — the whole exchange around one question costs exactly one credit, charged when the answer is delivered.
• Packs are offered at tiered prices (for example, smaller and larger bundles at a lower per-question rate). The exact prices and pack sizes shown at checkout are authoritative, and we may revise them from time to time.

Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets). You verify your phone number before purchasing.
• Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment. A GST invoice is generated automatically for every successful payment.

Pricing errors

In the rare event a price is displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you of the cancellation. Any amount charged for a cancelled order is refunded.

Refunds

Question credits pay for digital services delivered instantly, so they are generally non-refundable once a reading has been delivered. If a payment fails or credits are not added despite a successful charge, or for any other concern, contact [email protected] with your payment details — such requests are reviewed case-by-case and genuine issues are resolved promptly.

Service provider

Pixelforge Tech Pvt Ltd operates this service and reserves the right to decline or suspend service to anyone it reasonably believes is misusing the platform. See our Terms & Conditions for more.
