These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AstroKiran (the "Platform"), operated by Pixelforge Tech Pvt Ltd("we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law to use the Platform.

2. Nature of the service

AstroKiran provides AI-guided astrology and related content — Janam Kundali generation, Vedic readings, numerology, tarot, palmistry, and compatibility — for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and we make no guarantee of any specific result, outcome, or benefit. See our Disclaimer.

3. Accounts and verification

Some features require verifying your phone number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure. Your readings and credits are tied to your verified number.

4. Questions, packs, and payment

Your birth chart is free; further questions are paid using question packs (credits), where one question equals one detailed answer. Payments are processed via Razorpay and prices shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes. Full details are in our Pricing Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems;
• impersonate others or provide false information; or
• misuse, resell, or automate access to the service.

We may decline, suspend, or terminate service to anyone we reasonably believe is misusing the Platform.

6. Your content and data

To provide readings we process the details you share (such as birth date, time, and place, and any photos you upload). We handle this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Pixelforge Tech Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable laws. You may use the Platform only for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party providers (for example, payment processing and AI model providers). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelforge Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Platform from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
