Pixelforge Tech Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates AstroKiran (the "Platform"), which enables users in India to access astrological and related services. This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, share, and protect the personal information you disclose to us in the course of using the Platform, and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. 1. Information you provide: your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, place of birth, time of birth, and any images you choose to upload (such as palm, face, or handwriting photos for the relevant reading), along with other profile information you choose to share.
2. Transaction details: when you make a payment, we receive and store details about that transaction, including the payment method, amount, and date and time. We do not store card or account numbers, validity/expiry dates, or CVV — those are handled by our payment processor.
3. Interaction information: when you contact support, those interactions may be recorded and stored.
4. Technical information: we automatically collect your IP address, approximate location, device identifiers, browser type and language, the referring URL, and cookies.
5. Messages and content: the messages and content you send or upload while using the Platform.
